Description: UNHCR commissioned the Migration Policy Institute Europe (MPI Europe), together with the University of Ottawa Refugee Hub, to conduct a global mapping exercise to equip the CRISP, UNHCR, and other stakeholders with knowledge of the potential areas where resettlement and complementary pathways could be scaled up and the barriers that will have to be overcome to do so. This report sets out the findings of the global mapping exercise, which focused on third-country resettlement and employment- and education-based complementary pathways.
