Description: This evaluation covers the operations of the pilot GMP from its launch in July 2020 through to the conclusion of the 6-month mentorships in July 2021. It did not look at mentoring support provided beyond the initial 6-month mentoring period, nor at operations undertaken by CRSA to extend the GMP or recruit and train a second round of mentees and mentors.
